  1. What type of materials is the jewelry made of? Our pieces are handmade with high-quality materials such as 925 sterling silver, 18K gold plated metal, titanium steel, zinc, copper, aluminum, alloy and cubic zirconia stones. You can find the materials for each Edgy Essentials item listed under the materials section of the product page.

  2. Does the jewelry tarnish? How can I preserve take care of my items? We offer high-quality pieces, most of which do not tarnish even under water. However, we understand that factors like warm climates and body chemistry can potentially cause some items to tarnish over time. To help take care of your jewelry, you will receive an anti-tarnish bag and a cloth to polish your jewelry and preserve its overall appearance.

  3. Once I place my order, when will it arrive? We pride ourselves on carefully packaging all orders to ensure the best Edgy Essentials customer experience. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order before shipping. The U.S. delivery standard is 2-5 business days. International delivery is 3-9 business days. Orders received after 5pm Central Standard Time will be processed the next business day. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on U.S. or International delivery locations.

  4. How much is shipping? For orders over $100, free shipping will be automatically applied to your cart at checkout. No discount code needed. For orders less than $100, a flat rate shipping fee of $8 will be added to your order total.

  5. What is the exchange policy?

    • If your item is damaged from shipment, we will replace the damaged item and mail you another. Please note that we cannot guarantee the original item you ordered will be in stock.

    • If your item is damaged within 30 days after the delivery date, we’ll send you a new item you ordered for free. The items to exchange must be in its original packaging, clean and unworn to process the exchange.

    • Please send exchange requests to and submit a clear photo image of the item, your order number and confirm the delivery mailing address you would like the replacement sent. We will mail your replacement item once we receive the item you are exchanging and examine its condition. Please allow 5 business days for processing returns.

  6. What is the refund policy? We do not offer money back refunds or order cancellations.
