Exchanges
For hygienic purchases, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your item is damaged during shipping or within 2 days of delivery, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in its original packaging, clean, and unworn. If the original item is out of stock at the time of exchange, you may choose an alternative item of equal value.
Email us at support@edgyessentials.com and submit a clear photo image of the item, your order number, and confirm the delivery mailing address you would like the replacement mailed to. We will mail your replacement item once we receive the item you are exchanging and examine its condition.
Please allow five business days for processing exchanges.
