Refund Policy

  1. What is the refund policy? We do not offer money back refunds or order cancellations.
  2. What is the exchange policy?• If your item is damaged from shipment, we will replace the damaged item and mail you another. Please note that we cannot guarantee the original item you ordered will be in stock.


    • If your item is damaged within 30 days after the delivery date, we’ll send you a new item you ordered for free. The items to exchange must be in its original packaging, clean and unworn to process the exchange.


    • Please send exchange requests to support@edgyessentials.com and submit a clear photo image of the item, your order number and confirm the delivery mailing address you would like the replacement sent. We will mail your replacement item once we receive the item you are exchanging and examine its condition. Please allow 5 business days for processing returns.
